Hi, I’m Kira, a proud graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) with a diploma in Holistic Nutrition. My journey into holistic health began through personal challenges: a fibromyalgia and endometriosis diagnosis, compounded by a major concussion. At my lowest point, I found little relief through conventional medicine, prompting me to explore alternative solutions.
That exploration led me to a life-changing realization: the power of food. By transforming my diet and incorporating targeted supplementation, I not only resolved my autoimmune conditions and recovered from my concussion but also reclaimed a vibrant, active lifestyle. While the steps were challenging, the outcome was profound—going from struggling to climb stairs to enjoying an adventurous life with my two young daughters.
Today, I combine my holistic nutrition expertise with my Red Seal Journeyman Parts Technician background and my role as a CASI Certified Snowboard Instructor, introducing kids to the joy of snowboarding. I’m passionate about helping others transition from merely surviving to truly thriving through the transformative power of nutrition.
If you’re ready to embark on your health journey, let’s connect!
Fun fact: I was Dr. Allison’s first concussion recovery patient!
Reclaiming your health is a journey, and I’m excited to join you on yours.
